Need help or advice? Get Free Support

Violet Guide, Rose explains how she can help you as you care for your loved one.

We offer two forms of support:

Talk to a Violet Guide

It's common to feel confused or overwhelmed when caring for a loved one who is terminally ill or frail, or grieving after their loss. Violet Guides provide free support so you can talk about what's on your mind at a time that suits you. And, because we know how important it is to connect with someone who understands, you'll always be supported by the same Guide.

What can I talk about on a Guided Support call?

Caring for a loved one who is terminally ill or frail is one the most demanding human experiences. It's common to feel confused, overwhelmed and doubtful.

Violet Guides have supported callers through family conflict, helped them prepare for difficult but necessary conversations and checked in on their mental and emotional well-being. It's a judgement-free space where you can talk about whatever's on your mind.
