Eligibility - All attendees of the Violet Fireside Chat with Dr. Kathryn Mannix on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 and Wednesday, October 30 are eligible to enter the prize draw.
Entry Process - Automatic Entry: Completion of the post-event survey automatically qualifies participants for the prize draw.
Prize Details - A digital gift card will be awarded to the winner. Specify the gift card amount and any restrictions, such as non-transferability or limits on exchanging the prize for cash or other items.
Selection Process - The winner will be chosen randomly from all completed survey entries through a fair and impartial draw. The prize will be drawn on 14 November 2024.
Notification - The winner will be notified via email within 5 business days after the draw.
Privacy - All survey responses are confidential and will be used solely to improve future Violet events. Personal data will be managed, stored, and disposed of in line with applicable privacy laws.
Acceptance of Prize - The winner will receive the prize details via email. Verification, such as proof of identity, may be required. The prize will be delivered as a digital gift card sent to the winner’s email.
Publicity - The winner’s name will not be used for publicity purposes.
Limitation of Liability - The Violet Initiative will not be liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from or associated with this prize draw.
